In some German states, summer vacation has just started. Everyone probably remembers back to graduation when the hurdle of handing out report cards had to be overcome before the reward of a long relaxing holiday break can be enjoyed. In the solar industry the situation is similar– “reports” are handed out as well which allow a benchmark of cells and modules within the solar industry.  Dr. Klaus Heidler, former employee of Fraunhofer ISE at Callab PV Cells, explains the technical and organizational aspects of this process in the above video.
